Introducing the Boonsboro Home…

Growing up watching my father turn complete disasters into beautiful homes, I’ve caught the vision to pass on his legacy. We kept getting close to investing in a home to remodel and something would always get in the way. I never questioned the process because I am faithful that the Lord’s timing is always perfect! When Matt (my husband) and I bought this house, we knew it was a good investment. I did get a bit fearful at times, just because we have never really flipped a house before. But I fell in love with this one because of the old traditional charm. This home was built in 1929 and sits on .3 acres of land nestled on the cutest street, Boonsboro Road. It seemed like a good size to start off with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2280 square feet of space overall. Let’s just say you can walk to Starbucks from here, and that was a motivating factor as I sip my Venti Double Shot Flat White with whip (of course)!

Here are some of the before photos for you to get a look at what we started with:

This is our mood board that we created for this house. Some things may change, but this is the direction we want to go in:

I am super excited to keep you all posted on the house as it comes along very slowly. I have already enjoyed the process so much, I cannot wait until it is all done!
